Collection & Delivery Policy
1. Click & Collect
Our flower shop address is 82 Spring Gardens, Buxton, SK17 6BZ.
Click & Collect orders will be processed on the day of collection, and will be available between 11:00 and 17:00, Monday to Friday, and 11:00 and 16:00 on Saturdays, in our Buxton flower shop.
Same day orders are processed and available for collection in 2 hours.
If the order has not been collected on the specified day, it can be collected the following day, Monday to Saturday.
Due to storage limitations, we can only keep a collection order for 3 business days.
Urgent orders can be arranged for collection at earlier times, however, this needs to be arranged over the phone or live chat.
2. Shipping
All orders are processed and dispatched within 1-7 business days, depending on the type of order. (excluding weekends and public holidays) unless otherwise specified.
Delivery times may vary based on the shipping method selected on each product page and the destination of the order.
We reserve the right to use alternative shipping methods to ensure timely delivery.
3. Delivery Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery addresses during the checkout process.
We do not deliver to P.O. boxes; a physical address is required for delivery.
Any additional charges incurred due to incorrect or incomplete addresses will be the responsibility of the customer.
4. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are listed on the product page based on the chosen shipping method and delivery location.
Additional charges may apply for expedited shipping or special delivery requests.
5. Tracking Information (Coming Soon)
Upon dispatch, customers will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.
Customers can track their orders using the provided tracking number on our website or the designated courier’s platform.
6. Delays and Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays in delivery caused by unforeseen circumstances, such as natural disasters, severe weather conditions, customs delays, or other events beyond our control.
In such cases, we will make every effort to keep customers informed of any delays and work towards a satisfactory resolution.
7. Delivery Confirmation
Orders are considered delivered when the tracking information indicates that the package has been successfully delivered to the provided address.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they have been confirmed as delivered.
8. International Shipping
International shipping is currently not offered for any of our products. We will expand our delivery area at a later date for dry flowers, non-perishable decorations and sundries.

9. Returns Due to Non-Delivery
In the event of non-delivery due to customer-provided incorrect addresses, refusal of delivery, or failure to collect the package from the designated courier, the customer will be responsible for any return shipping charges and will not be eligible for any refund.
